IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT PERSONALISED-
If the item has already been received, repackage the item up and send to the stated returns address within 14 days of receiving the item and letting us know you wish to cancel your order and return the product. I recommend you use a signed for Postal service
* Please Note the return costs are at your expense
Once I receive the item and it is undamaged and resaleable I will process a refund to payment method you paid with.
IF YOUR ITEMS ARE PERSONALISED-
Unfortunately some items are non-cancellable and non- returnable.
Anything that is made to your specific requirements that includes Names etc cannot be returned or cancelled unless it is due to faulty item or spelling mistakes which I will request to see either by photograph or by returning the item.
